Optima EAP is a website with online resources, available 24-hours a day, focused on the health and well-being of you and your family.
Optima EAP contains a variety of articles on parenting, marital communication, stress management, and elder care.

Optima EAP is a source of information and support. It is not:

We all work in an environment where productivity is essential and privacy may be limited. You may find it best to use Optima EAP in the privacy of your home or at your work place.
You do not have to register to use Optima EAP and no personal information is obtained. At the login page, enter your company’s username and password exactly as provided by your Human Resource Department or call Optima EAP for your username and password.
